The reservation is just time for acceptance. Until the medical examination of the doctor, it may take time after arrival.

※ Reservations on this site are available from 10:00 to 12:00, from 15:00 to 18:00 on weekdays from 3 business days to 4 weeks. For reservations from the day to 2 business days later, please call us.

Change or cancel of appointment (the first medical examination, re-examination)

When we need the re-examination, we will coordinate the next reservation.

If there are a change and the cancellation of the next reservation date and time, we would like to receive the notification over the telephone.

Please refer on the telephone again later when you wants to make reservation some other time.

For patients

First appointment

When you prefer medical treatment by the health insurance, please take a health insurance card by all means. Without a health insurance card, you should pay for the treatment as own expenses. The person who has been already treated by other medical therapists, please bring a reference letter, if possible.

The re-examination

Take a health insurance card by all means every month on a consultation day of the beginning.

Please visit our clinic earlier if you feel any exacerbation of your condition.

When you revisit our clinic more than six months interval from the last one, we will regard the visit as first appointment.
